## Have fun & surrounds kids with inspiring adults - Cooking together in the industrial kitchen - Hot tub, cold plunge, outdoor shower - Coworking - Bandstand + live band karaoke (I'm drummer) - Baby Happy Hour, kids are friends w each other - Being Aunties and Uncles to our friends' kids - When it takes forty minutes to get a toddler ready, turn them loose into a backyard where their friends are already playing = freeing - Tbh a lot like this but with kids - Sunday community days ## How I'll assemble the group - Bimonthly dinner series - I'm actually meeting up with a couple friends next Sunday to plan this - Build up to group trip or retreat: 1-2 weekend trips, then a 1-4 week trip: **Abundance House**, **Adam's summer camp**, book a private **Sleepawake**, international trip, etc - I'm GP and instigator, find property, raise 35% down payments from core group for common housing construction loans (1/3rd of total size - 3-6 people), recruit the rest after I just want 1-2 True Friends, or potential true friends, to participate in the project with me.
