- Units drafted and proposed
- Units approved by Planning but for which the permitting process has yet to be initiated
- Units approved by Planning and applications to secure building permits have been filed
- Units fully approved and permitted, which have yet to break ground
- Units under construction.

- Costar has some of this information for bigger multifamily projects. Small stuff you have to get from the city.
