We implemented a knockoff version of Nikita Bier's Gas App for Califlorence Climate. Gas App works by Superlatives are like "Who would you want to be stuck with on a desert island?" or "Who's likeliest to win a Nobel?" Attendees choose between one of 4 other randomly sampled attendees (or submit someone specifically). Afterwards, everyone gets an email with the superlatives where they were outstanding, relative to others. Everyone gets at least 1 superlative. Some superlatives correlate with community leadership qualities. These are helpful for selecting the nucleus of the coliving community from the 10-30% of attendees that are most interested.
